THE COLLECT FOR TODAY
Lord of all power and might,
the author and giver of all good things:
graft in our hearts the love of your name,
increase in us true religion,
nourish us with all goodness,
and of your great mercy keep us in the same;
through Jesus Christ your Son our Lord,
who is alive and reigns with you,
in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
one God, now and for ever. Amen.

STREET PASTORS- COULD THIS BE FOR YOU?
“Salisbury and Amesbury Street Pastors are seeking more Street Pastors for our Saturday teams in Salisbury, and our Amesbury team which patrols the last Friday of each month.  The training for new Pastors begins in mid September.  To find out more about this form of Christian outreach among the younger generations, please contact me, Gwen Leslie tel no 01722 323898 or other Street Pastors in your congregation, for an informal chat.

We also welcome more Prayer Pastors, to be linked with our teams, but there is no formal training required for this equally valuable service.”
